Description: Fine, massive and rare 18 size pocket watch case made by the Crescent Watch Case Co. is stamped with the company's trademark, Sterling, 23083 and the number 4 which designed the case as the 4 oz. variety. The case actually weighs 121.5 grams which is just over 4 oz. avoirdupois or 3.9 oz. troy. The case is in good condition with light scratches from years of use, the crystal is good also, no cracks or pieces missing - has normal marks.
These heavy cases are becoming quite scarce and highly desired.
