Estate 14k Gold Pink Heart Slide Pendant For Omega Necklace Signed JCR

Details & Condition: Pretty , feminine 14k yellow gold and tiny diamond accent slide pendant in the shape of a heart.
This look like quite a large piece - 1.06 inches north to south and 0.85 of an inch east to west.
The opening for the omega necklace is quite large and it will fit 7mm wide and below.
The center pink stone looks like pink quartz - it is not :( it is a synthetic and can fool gemstone testers) none the less it looks the part - mentioning for accuracy
