Vintage Old 18k Yellow Gold Real Diamond Red Garnet Bug Fly Pin Brooch 750

Details & Condition: Vintage 18k yellow gold and diamond (genuine) bug / fly brooch that has a garnet back / belly in beautiful condition.
Absolutely no repairs or damage to note apart from a little natural patina from extended storage.
The eye have smaller old cut diamonds, on his back is a larger stone approx 2.8mm in diameter, the Garnet is oval and measures 7.4mm x 5.5mm.
Fully hallmarked with a 750 impressed cartouche and we have xray tested to confirm gold purity.
