Huge Vtg 18k Gold Diamond Amethyst Bishops Ring Minister Or Pastor Size 11.25

Details & Condition: This stunning ring is absolutely massive in person - Commonly known as a Bishops ring but worn by many different faiths even bikers! This is not a piece to be missed - I have have not seen one quite like this and I have been in the business for 35 years!
It has a conservative mounted estimate of 25 carats of Amethyst cut in the oval shape - it is a spectacular deep purple, this is set high from the finger - when worn it is 0.62 of an inch high! Which as you know it needed to be elevated ( kissing of the ring...) On either side there is a diamond studded cross - Byzantine, Maltese, Templar Style - which has 9 natural diamonds on each side - 18 in total which are set in white gold, all are original earth mined.
The ring itself is in excellent condition, no chips cracks, bends or scuffing of the stone. From what we understand this piece was boxed for much of it's life.
