The Pearls have a fine nacre and there is no smells or damage from perfumes or lotions.
The pearls themselves are White and Golden South Sea pearl- some of the pearls exhibit golden undertones on the Nacre - this is 100% natural and comes about during the nacre building within an oyster - please enlarge photographs for a close up view.
