This unusual cameo ring is out of a local S Florida estate. It has been stored for many years and because of that the main cameo has not sustained any heavy damage. The surround is made out of 14k yellow gold, it is both marked and it has been tested. On the underside of the cameo there is quite a few years worth of dust! We decided not to try and clean it and leave it up to the cameo experts as we didn't want to damage the shell with temp. changes etc.
